1.Membership :

1.1 By applying for membership with the Indore Software Association (ISA), individuals and organizations agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

1.2 Membership is open to individuals, software development companies, freelancers, startups, and other relevant entities involved in the software industry, subject to approval by ISA.

1.3 Membership fees are determined by ISA and may be subject to change. Members are responsible for paying the membership fees within the designated timeframe.

1.4 Membership benefits, including access to resources, events, and networking opportunities, are provided to members in good standing.

1.5 ISA reserves the right to reject or terminate membership at any time if a member violates the terms and conditions or engages in activities detrimental to the association’s objectives.

2.Code of Conduct:

2.1 Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically, maintaining high standards of integrity and respect for others within the association and the software industry as a whole.

2.2 Members shall refrain from engaging in any form of discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior based on factors such as race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

2.3 Members shall respect the intellectual property rights of others and adhere to all relevant copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

2.4 Members shall not use the association’s platform, resources, or events for the promotion of illegal activities, spamming, or any form of unauthorized commercial solicitation.

2.5 Members shall not misrepresent themselves or their affiliations with ISA for personal gain or to deceive others.

3.Events and Activities:

3.1 ISA organizes various events, including workshops, seminars, conferences, and networking sessions, aimed at promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.

3.2 Members may attend these events and participate in relevant activities, subject to availability and any additional registration requirements or fees.

3.3 ISA reserves the right to make changes to event details, including dates, venues, speakers, and topics, with reasonable notice provided to the members.

3.4 Members are responsible for their own actions and behavior during events and activities organized by ISA. Any damage caused to property or harm inflicted upon others will be the sole responsibility of the member involved.

4.Intellectual Property:

4.1. ISA may record, photograph, or document its events and activities for promotional and archival purposes. By attending these events, members grant ISA the right to use their image, likeness, and contributions in any such recordings or documentation.

5.Amendments:

5.1 ISA reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Notice of any changes will be communicated to the members via email or through the association’s official communication channels.

5.2 Members shall review the updated terms and conditions and continue their membership only if they agree to the revised terms. Failure to accept the amended terms may result in the termination of membership.
